Mercy College is a Medical College in Northwest Ohio that teaches from a Catholic perspective. This piece was created to recruit new students, both fresh out of high school and adults returning to school to pursue a new career. With healthcare being such a successful field given the state of the economy, we gathered dozens of facts about the advancement and projected growth of the industry, illustrating that while students are getting a valuable education, they are also learning skills that will make them successful for years to come.
I wanted to find an interesting way to display the facts that I found, and began to think of the theme of "healing," many pieces coming together as a larger, resolved whole. I first created graphs using this method, and then adapted it to the photography.
This 54 page piece features many interesting printing techniques, including a split wire-O to support five divider tabs, as well as 4-color and 2-color sections. Concept to file delivery on this piece was just 15 days.
